Singing Lessons TimetableDiscounts and Special OffersSinging Kids is an exciting program that teaches aspiring young singers how to sing. The vibrant program is designed to help kids to develop their voice. We love to see our students grow into confident singers who engage with music regularly.

 

The programme is suitable for young children and is taught by an experienced singing teacher. We have classes for preschoolers and classes for primary school age children.

 

Our singing classes in Baulkham Hills, Castle Hill and Glenwood incorporate the Rockschool  syllabus, a vibrant, contemporary music program of exams and globally recognised qualifications. Rockschool specialises in music of the most popular genres.

 

We make singing lessons great fun for our young singers by teaching them their most favourite songs.

 

Your child can sing just for fun or sing for examinations held by the Australian Music Examinations Board (AMEB) using the Rockschool Syllabus or Singing for Leisure Syllabus.

About our singing lessons

We love to see our students grow into confident singers who engage with music regularly.

 

We help our young singers develop the skills and techniques they need to improve their singing. By constantly practicing these skills and techniques our young singers can become better singers over time.

 

Our Singing Kids lessons include:

• Understanding of Vocal Function - techniques for the young contemporary voice.
• Aural training for pitch accuracy. Learn how to sing intervals, and be able to sight sing and improvise.
• Song choices are created for working on different elements of the voice. These songs are used as exercises, concentrating on one aspect of vocal technique at a time. Once mastered, more advanced songs can be chosen to combine these techniques for further development.
• Theory is important for understanding music and helps create a better musician. Notation, form, keys and time signatures. Learn how to follow a song using a score.

 

Singing Certification and Exams

Should your child want to undertake exams to achieve a singing certification,  we are happy to offer the exciting Rock School Syllabus and Singing for Leisure Syllabus from the Australian Music Examinations Board.
