Our online singing lessons are suitable for young children and are taught by an experienced singing teacher.

 

All online lessons are available as private one on one or shared music tuition, and as small group music tuition.

We help our young singers develop the skills and techniques they need to improve their singing. By constantly practicing these skills and techniques our young singers can become better singers over time.

 

Our online singing lessons include:

• Understanding of Vocal Function - techniques for the young contemporary voice.
• Aural training for pitch accuracy. Learn how to sing intervals, and be able to sight sing and improvise.
• Song choices are created for working on different elements of the voice. These songs are used as exercises, concentrating on one aspect of vocal technique at a time. Once mastered, more advanced songs can be chosen to combine these techniques for further development.
• Theory is important for understanding music and helps create a better musician. Notation, form, keys and time signatures. Learn how to follow a song using a score.

We teach online singing lessons from Sydney, Australia. Our online singing lessons are suited to

• people living in large cities like Sydney, Melbourne, Hobart, Perth, Adelaide, Brisbane and Canberra
• people living in remote locations in Australia, including NSW, SA, WA,  Queensland, Victoria, NT and Tasmania

Singing Certification and Exams

Should your child want to undertake exams to achieve a singing certification,  we are happy to offer the exciting Rock School Syllabus and Singing for Leisure Syllabus from the Australian Music Examinations Board.

Requirement for Online Lessons

Online music lessons are done using a two-way video call between the student and teacher and requires a suitable internet connection, a computer, tablet or mobile phone and free software for Skype, Zoom or Facetime.

 

If the music tuition requires an instrument like a guitar or keyboard, the student must have their own instrument.

 

Skype and Zoom software / App is available for most devices, including Windows / Mac Computers, Tablets / iPads and Mobile Phones. To make a video call can require the student's parent to create an account.

 

FaceTime video calls can be made between two Apple devices like a Mac Computer, iPad or iPhone.

 

We offer music lessons for children learning piano, guitar and singing in the hills district of Sydney at our two teaching venues in Glenwood and Baulkham Hills. Our music teachers are highly skilled music educators that specialise in teaching children how to learn an instrument. We are conveniently located for families living in Baulkham Hills, Glenwood, Castle Hill, Winston Hills, Rouse Hill, The Ponds, Kellyville,  Beaumont Hills, Bella Vista, Blacktown, Carlingford and North West Sydney.
